Čalamáda (Pickled Vegetable Salad) is a traditional Czech & Slovak mix of white cabbage, carrots, peppers, and onions preserved in a tangy-sweet brine. It’s perfect as a side for meats, sandwiches, or enjoyed on its own.

Ingredients: White cabbage; water; carrots; peppers; onions; spirit vinegar; sugar; salt; spice extract; sweetener (glucose syrup).
