Refund policy
With the exception of a product received damaged in shipment, all sales are final. In the event of damaged product, you must notify us via email within 24 hours of receiving your order shipment to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please keep damaged product and/or a clear photograph of the product and the condition of the box until after having spoken or received an email response from one of our representatives. To email a claim, please contact us, giving as much detail as possible. Product received damaged may be either replaced with an identical product or the purchase price may be refunded at the discretion of slovczechvar.com. We double check all orders for accurate quantities, however, if you do not receive billed quantities, please contact us immediately.
